ShiftCare doesn't allow you to change clients funds, if those funds are already used by the client in their shifts. In order to delate or change funds, cancel shifts that used client's funds.

Note: You cannot backdate expiry date of the funds if they are used by clients. But you can always extends expiry date by clicking on date below the Expires column and then click on the extended date from the calendar as shown below.
