Using your account settings you can quickly and easily manage your subscription package.
- During the 7-Day trial period, your staff count will reflect the number of staff currently active on the account.
- Once you have upgraded and selected one of the available subscriptions your staff count will reflect the number of licenses available for your specified subscription package.
- This will remain the same throughout your subscription
* License is the number of staff you are able to add to your count this is not equivalent to the number of active staff.
The value displayed next to this spec reflects the number of connect clients/customers available within your chosen subscription
* Connect is client's (and/or family members login)
The value displayed next to this spec reflects the number of SMS available for your subscription package
You can select your subscription package by selecting the Choose Plan
or by simply scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking the Select Plan located under each subscription package
