Allowances to can be individually assigned to each staff member. However, keep in mind that only Permanent Allowances can be assigned to each staff member. General allowances can only be assigned to shifts.
Apply an Allowance
To assign a staff member an allowance navigate to the left-hand-menu to your staff list.
From the staff list select the staff member you wish to allocate the allowance to.
This will direct you to their profile. Select edit on their profile.
Navigate to the Award Info section of the profile. In this section is the Allowance Box where you can select the allowances to allocate to the staff.
Once the allowance has been assigned, make sure to click Save to ensure that any changes made are applied. Once saved, the allowances will be displayed on the staff member's profile preview.
