ShiftCare alerts user regarding pending shift. Bubble against each area alerts the user with the number of pending shifts in each area.

If the user is unable to view pending shifts that means, "Set pending status" is unticket.

In order to view this setting, you are required to fo Area setting by clicking on icon next to are name.

This will open below page. Click on "Check pending status" and hit save.

Now you will be able to view all pending shifts.
